The Soul Behind The Space

I’m a law and business college student who, somewhere around the start of high school, woke up one random morning—just tired of the way my mind felt. The mental state I had been living in wasn’t something I wanted to carry anymore, so I decided to change it.

I started meditating, learning, exercising, eating better—just fixing everything I possibly could about myself, even something as simple as sleeping on time. Slowly, the things I once found cliché or boring began to reshape my life. My mind felt different (even during the lows), the way I behaved with others changed, and most importantly, the way I treated myself improved.

One thing stood out more than anything: how I observed, perceived, and processed reality. I started noticing things—deeper things. The same days, the same moments, the same thoughts—seen with a new lens. Meditation often brought me insights, and even going through the same routine for the hundredth time would spark new realizations. I began writing about them.

At first, it was just for myself. But over time, I got better at putting those thoughts into words. I was lucky to make some amazing friends along the way—people who constantly challenged my ideas, who forced me to look beyond just my perspective, even toward the exact opposite one. That’s when my writing really began to evolve—without me even noticing.

Eventually, I’d written so many of these pieces that I shared a few with someone close. They loved them. Then another person. And another. The response overwhelmed me in the best way, and I realized I had to share these thoughts with the world. Whether it’s offering a new perspective, explaining beautiful concepts, or simply inspiring someone out there—I knew I had something to say.

And while preparing to share these pieces, I also realized there’s a lot more I can offer. That’s how sections like the Stillness Room came to life—spaces where I try to help others through my own experiences.
